You can easily cut the chain with scissors at home. If you'd like it reattached, I offer $15 rewelding services. *If the removal was due to a medical reason, we will be happy to reweld as a one-time courtesy (just keep the chain) *

Accidents happen. If your jewelry breaks within the first 30 days from purchase, I'll reweld it once at no charge with proof of purchase. After that, a $15 service fee applies.

Yes! if anything happens to the chain within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to reweld or replace as a one-time courtesy with proof of purchase (receipt, contract name/event date, etc.) After 30 days, we can reweld with a $15 service fee. If there is no chain but proof of purchase is provided, we can offer a discounted chain for purchase and reweld.
